LICENSE AGREEMENT

PBX Call Tarifficator - billing software for office switching systems

1. This license agreement describes the relationships between you, the end user and DCS Laboratory Ltd. By installing PBX Call Tarifficator on your computer you agree to comply with all conditions of this license agreement. This license agreement applies to all existing versions of the software: PBX Call Tarifficator, PBX Call Tarifficator Pro and PBX Call Tarifficator Lite, referred later as PBX Call Tarifficator.

2. This license agreement guarantees mutual understanding between you, the end user and DCS Laboratory Ltd and can be modified only by written agreement signed by both sides. No reseller, distributor, dealer or any other party has rights to modify this license agreement or give any warranties not granted here.

3. DCS Laboratory Ltd shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the PBX Call Tarifficator software.

4. You may not sell, rent, lease, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or create derivatives of PBX Call Tarifficator Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

5. After registration, you are entitled to receive technical support for the period of one year (if other period is not specified explicitly). The technical support time period starts at the day of purchase.

6. All rights for PBX Call Tarifficator are exclusively reserved by author - DCS Laboratory Ltd and are protected by certificate N 0034 from 10/25/1998, granted by The National Register of Computer Programs - Republic of Moldova.

8. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by DCS Laboratory Ltd.

9. DCS Laboratory Ltd reserves the right to alter any of these conditions or software design at any time.
