DCS Laboratory announces development of the new range of Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) software products based on TAPI platform. The software would be initially oriented towards Panasonic KX-TDA and Panasonic KX-TD PBX systems. We plan to support other PBX makes and models in the future.

We are currently developing following products (titles are subject to change):

• PC Console - proprietary telephone set and operator console emulator. Supports all operator functions (call transfer, pickup, etc.) Database integration for Caller ID.
• Call-Center - call center application. Incoming calls distribution among several operators following predefined set of rules.
• Call-Shop - an application to provide "call booth" service. On-line billing, prepaid and postpaid billing options, call tickets printing, etc.
